Met office warns of hot winds, heat waves in Tarai

Such weather may cause fatigue, excessive thirst, headache, leg cramps, dizziness, nausea and vomiting among others, says Met office.

The Meteorological Forecasting Division on Saturday warned of rising temperatures across the country.
