Bagmati Province Chief Minister Pledges to Resolve Public Transport Issues

Kathmandu. Bagmati Province Chief Minister Indra Bahadur Baniyan has stated that the provincial government is committed to resolving the multifaceted problems of public transport seen within the province.

Chief Minister Baniyan expressed this commitment during a meeting with a delegation led by Saroj Sitaula, the central president of the Nepal Transport Entrepreneurs National Federation. During the meeting, President Sitaula urged the provincial government to facilitate the resolution of traffic problems in public transport, particularly in the Kathmandu Valley, and the practical difficulties faced in providing compensation to the families of those who lose their lives in road accidents and in the treatment of the injured.
