Mayor Shah confirms free parking at Dharahara will persist despite Ministry’s directive

KATHMANDU: In response to the Ministry of Urban Development’s letter urging the cessation of the free parking service at Dharahara due to ongoing construction, Mayor Balen Shah of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has taken to Facebook to affirm that the complimentary parking facility will continue to operate.
