Handigaun celebrates a festival like nowhere else (Pictures)

Locals of Handigaun in Kathmandu celebrated the ancient and unique Satya Narayan Jatra with great fervor and merry-making on Monday.

The festival takes place every year on the day after purnima (full-moon day) of Dashain.
