Talks with teachers' federation positive

Kathmandu, April 29: The talks between the government and the agitating teachers' federation concluded in a positive note on Monday night.
The talks held at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Singh Durbar, however, could not reach conclusion for the need of sorting out some issues.
