Flood Damages Property in Nuwakot Due to Rasuwa Border Overflow

Nuwakot. Extensive damage has occurred to physical structures in various places in Nuwakot due to a large flood originating from the border area of Rasuwa. Chief District Officer (CDO) of Nuwakot, Shambhu Prasad Regmi, stated that floods have entered markets in coastal areas causing significant damage.

According to Regmi, the flood started causing damage from the border of Rasuwa. 'We have not heard of any human casualties so far, but there has been significant damage to physical structures,' he said, 'The flood entered the market areas, so the coastal areas have been more affected.'
