11 Tourists Stranded in Nuwakot Due to Flood

Kathmandu. A team of 11 people who had gone to Gosainkunda are stranded in Simmutar of Bidur Municipality-1, Nuwakot, due to floods.

According to their relative Purna Khadka, the team had escaped to a safe place after the vehicle they were traveling in was swept away by the flood. Although they were contacted earlier, they are currently not being able to be contacted properly, he said. The team includes Apsara Khadka, Pramila Shrestha, Tunebahadur Raut, Gayal Bisht, Ashoka Raut, and 11 others. Information has been given to the concerned bodies for the rescue of the team.
