Helicopter Pilot Describes 5-6 Meter High Flood Waves Near Nepal-China Border

Kathmandu. Helicopter pilots who directly witnessed the scene of the severe flood that occurred near the Nepal-China border on Wednesday said the flood waves were 5 to 6 meters high.

Speaking to CNN, pilot Aman Budhathoki provided information about the scene a few minutes before the flood and the subsequent horrific situation. According to Budhathoki, about five minutes before landing, dust was seen rising from the river area.
