UML convention bans formation of panels in elections
KATHMANDU, Sept 19: The Communist Party of Nepal (UML) has introduced a rule prohibiting the formation of panels in election during the party convention. According to the party’s newly released 'Annual Action Plan for Decisive National Strength Building,' candidates running for any committee position must present themselves individually to voters without forming or promoting any panels.
