Nepali firms say BIS certification now smoother, exports to India easier

Domestic manufacturers of plywood, sanitary pads and diapers, footwear, and cement say obtaining or renewing the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification has become significantly smoother in recent weeks. This has made exporting to India easier for Nepali firms.
