House panel instructs govt to curb black-marketing, price hike

KATHMANDU: The State Affairs and Good Governance Committee of the House of Representatives (HoR) has instructed the government to book those involved in unusual price hike of goods and black-marketing as the supplies of substandard goods was belittling public health concerns.
