Chandragiri Municipality reports five COVID-19 causalities and 551 cases

Kathmandu - The biggest municipality in the Bagmati State, Chandragiri Municipality, has recorded five deaths from COVID-19 so far while there are a total of 551 COVID-19 infected persons as of Thursday evening. Five persons from this Municipality succumbing to the flu-like infection were from ward no 3, 5, 9 and 14.

In the municipality that has a total of 15 wards, ward no 8 has reported the highest cases of infection at 104. According to the Municipality spokesperson, Haribhakta Maharjan, the lowest cases of COVID-19 were reported from ward no 2 of the Municipality at eight.
