6-year-old COVID-19 patient recovers and returns home

Kathmandu, June 3 : A six-year-old girl from Kapilvastu district who had contracted COVID-19 has been fully recovered and retuned home today.

One of the youngest COVID-19 patients in the country, the minor was admitted to the ENT ward of Kathmandu’s Maharajgunj-based TU Teaching Hospital on May 12 for a surgery in her respiratory pipe.
