Thirty two COVID-19 cases found in six districts including Kathmandu today

Kathmandu - Thirty two new cases of novel coronavirus infection have been detected today. With this, the number of COVID-19 infected people in the country has reached 548. Assistant spokesperson at the Ministry of Health and Population, Dr Samir Kumar Adhikari, said the infection was found in 30 people including two women in course of tests carried out at the National Public Health Laboratory Kathmandu, the Province Public Health Laboratory Bhairahawa and Bharatpur Hospital COVID-19 Laboratory Bharatpur.
According to him, among the infected people eight are from Kapilbastu district, 13 are from Sarlahi, eight are from Ruapandehi and one each from Bra, Chitwan and Kathmandu districts. Among the infected people in Kapilbastu, seven are males aged between 17 and 42 years and a 27-year-old woman of Banganga municipality.
