KAPILVASTU: Joint General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat, has clarified that the meeting between Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba was not held over the issue of power-sharing.
