All entry points to Kathmandu sealed

The Home Ministry has instructed the local bodies to not allow anyone to enter he Kathmandu Valley for non-essential works during the period of lockdown.

The ministry has decided to implement the decision taken after discussion with the local representatives inside the Valley on May 14. The ministry writing to all the local bodies inside the Valley has instructed to completely seal the entry points apart from essential works. It has also asked to completely stop even clandestine entries.
