Nepalis pensioners who retired from Indian Army facing financial crunch due to sealing of border

KATHMANDU: Nepalis pensioners who have retired from the Indian Army are not being able to draw pensions form banks on the Indian side in Uttarakhand since March due to the sealing of the border between the two countries.
