Fake Bhutanese Refugee Case: Debate on Government Attorney side ends

KATHMANDU, June 6: The debate on behalf of the government attorney in the ongoing detention hearing on the fake Bhutanese refugee case ended on Tuesday. With the conclusion of the debate on behalf of the government attorney, now lawyers will start the debate on behalf of the defendants.

In the ongoing debate in the bench of Justice Prem Prasad Neupane, the government Attorney presented the argument that if the defendants in the case are released from prison, the evidence may be destroyed and the complainant may be in danger.
