State government places emphasis on tourism development-Minister Lamsal

Kathmandu - Minister for Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment of the Gandaki State, Bikas Lamsal said the hidden tourism treasures of the rural areas should be transformed into opportunities in global market. Minister Lamsal said this at a sapling plantation programme organized by Mahendra Cave Infrastructure Development Committee on the Mahendra cave premises on Sunday.

He also highlighted the need of global class tourism services by identifying and promoting its diversities. "The State government is focused on the development of tourism", he shared, adding the government has come up with a special plan for elevating the coronavirus-battered tourism entrepreneurs. It will soon to be reflected in to the results".
