Nepal reports fifth COVID-19 death

Nepal reports fifth COVID-19 death with a man who died in Lalitpur Wednesday confirmed infected in the evening.

Chief of the District Public Health Office, Lalitpur Dr Khageshwore Gelal confirmed that the 57-year-old from Bungmati tested positive. "I received a call from the Epidemiology and Disease Control Division in the evening. The swab of deceased person returned positive result. We have been asked to handle the body accordingly," he stated. "We have kept the body in the hospital. We will manage the body tomorrow in accordance to the working procedure."
