27 succumb to dengue in Bagmati province

MANAHARI, June 21: Bagmati Province recorded 42,459 dengue patients in the current fiscal year. Of them, 27 lost their lives.

The highest number of dengue patients was found in Kathmandu which was 14,500 while the least number of dengue patients in Rasuwa, according to Information Officer of Bagmati Province's Health Ministry, Dr Rabin Bhusal, in a programme organised to make public the conclusion of a dengue-related study carried out by the Health Ministry of Bagmati Province in five districts of the province on Wednesday.
