Local level ward chair dies in quarantine

Kathmandu - Fifty eight years old Kallu Rana has died inside a quarantine facility here. Rana is the Krishnapur municipality ward no. 7 chairperson. He was making a phone call sitting on a chair at the quarantine at the local National Secondary School when he collapsed all of a sudden. The incident happened on Tuesday evening.

He had come to the quarantine on a routine check after having a bath and a dinner at his house. "A new quarantine had been set up at the school. Rana had come for a visit to the quarantine to take stock of its management and he passed away," municipality mayor Karna Bahadur Hamal said.
