COVID-19 confirmed in 24 more people in Gandaki state

Kathmandu - Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 24 more people in Gandaki state this morning. They are from Nawalparasi, Myagdi and Baglung districts of the state. Among the 24 new cases, 12 are male between 18 to 40 years from Baudikali rural municipality of Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East);

11 males including three between 21 and 27 years from Nishikhola rural municipality and eight between 18 to 27 years from Bareng rural municipality of Baglung district and one from Myagdi district, the Gandaki Province Health Directorate Pokhara said in a press release today. The tests for coronavirus infection on the swab samples collected from these persons were carried out at the Western Regional Hospital Pokhara.
