Religious centres in Godavari monitored

Kathmandu - Godavari municipality people's representatives made an inspection of various religious centres in the municipality, in wake of possible spread of Corona Virus. The inspection was also aimed at checking whether those centres are following social distancing or if they were providing shelter to outsiders.

The temples, madarsa, church and monasteries in Godavari were inspected on Saturday, said Mayor Gajendra Maharajan. "We had gone to see how many people are staying in those centres and if they were practicing social distancing," he said. Nobody was found hiding in those centres.
