Meeting of Sudurpaschim State Assembly adjourned

Kathmandu - The meeting of the Sudurpaschim State Assembly has been adjourned today due to obstruction by the opposition parties, the Nepali Congress and Rastriya Janata Party. The State Assembly Speaker Arjun Bahadur Thapa gave permission to one of the members from the opposition party to speak after members from the opposition parties stood up from their seats soon after the outset of the meeting and obstructed it.

After this, Krishna Bahadur Chaudhary of the Rastriya Janata Party accused the province government of becoming a failure in all fronts including the prevention of coronavirus pandemic, management of treatment of the COVID-19 infected persons, management of quarantines and others.
