Process begins to purchase fertilizer from Bangladesh

KATHMANDU: The process to purchase fertilizer has begun after the cabinet meeting held on Monday gave permission to the Ministry of Agriculture to purchase 50,000 metric tonnes of chemical fertilizer from Bangladesh.

With the government’s decision of purchasing chemical fertilizer through the G2G process, the Ministry said that preparation has been made to send an agreement letter to the Bangladeshi government.
