Court says Sumargi’s defamation claim against Kantipur can’t be sustained

Ajeya Raj Sumargi had filed the case in 2018 stating that reports published by Kantipur daily about his assets defamed him.
Kathmandu District Court on Tuesday said that claims presented in a defamation case by Ajeya Raj Sumargi against Kantipur Publications can’t be sustained.
