Punishment even for those proposing bribe

The Legislative Management Committee of National Assembly has amended the CIAA Act keeping punitive measures even for those proposing bribes.

The amendment bill registered in the National Assembly had proposed jail term for those 'directly or indirectly giving bribes or agreeing to give bribes' but the committee has proposed punishment even for those proposing bribes.
