Chief Minister Gurung directs CDOs to enforce lockdown more effectively

Kathmandu - Gandaki State's Chief Minister Prithvi Subba Gurung has directed the Chief District Officers (CDOs) in all 11 districts of the state to implement the lockdown orders in an effective manner. In a video conference with the CDOs on Wednesday, Chief Minister Gurung also acquired information regarding the works carried out in the districts for the prevention, control and treatment of COVID-19 and their status.

He also directed the CDOs to ensure that there is no shortage of essential goods in the districts during this adverse situation as well as to make provisions so that the agricultural products produced by farmers can be easily transported to the market and there is smooth supply of fertiliser, seeds and animal feed.
