Spotlighting Nepal’s culinary heritage

The US-Nepal Gastronomy Exchange will feature ‘La Grande Bhoj’ gala dinner in Kathmandu and a high-altitude cookout in the Everest region.

The US–Nepal Gastronomy Chefs Association is hosting the ‘US-Nepal Gastronomy Exchange 2025’ this November, aiming to foster cultural and culinary exchange between Nepal and the United States. The event will feature two main segments—the Kathmandu Gala Dinner, titled ‘La Grande Bhoj,’ on November 9 at Aloft Kathmandu, Thamel, and the ‘Everest Cookout’ on November 11 at the Everest View Hotel, Namche Bazaar.
