Kathmandu. Santosh Subba of the Nepali Congress has won the House of Representatives election in Terhathum-1.
Subba secured the victory by obtaining 11,561 votes. His closest competitor, Bhanubhakta Dhakal of CPN-UML, received 10,682 votes.
