Serial Attacks on Government Systems Under the Guise of Gen-Z and Pro-Monarch Groups, Two Youths Arrested

Kathmandu: Police have arrested two youths on charges of hacking the websites of government and non-government bodies while operating under the guise of Gen-Z rebellion and pro-monarch supporters. A team deployed by the Cyber Bureau recently arrested them from Jhapa and Sindhupalchowk.

Those arrested are 20-year-old Santosh Chimaria of Mechinagar Municipality-9 in Jhapa and 19-year-old Bikash Poudel, a permanent resident of Damak Municipality-9 in Jhapa who is currently living in Sangachokgadhi Municipality-9 in Sindhupalchowk.
