Amicus curiae to debate on HoR dissolution case from today

KATHMANDU: The amicus curiae is scheduled to debate before the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday onwards on writs filed against House dissolution.
The writ petitioner’s turn to respond to the lawyers’ argument defending the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) ended on Monday.
