Supreme Court to issue verdict on Nepal Comminist Party name on March 4

Rishiram Kattel, chair of the Nepal Communist Party, had filed a writ petition demanding that the decision made by the Election Commission to give Nepal Comminist Party (NCP) to Dahal and Nepal in May 2018, be quashed.

The Supreme Court on Thursday concluded the hearing on a writ petition filed by Rishiram Kattel, chair of the Nepal Communist Party, demanding that the apex court quash the decision of the Election Commission to grant the party name to the Nepal Communist Party (NCP).
