President Paudel insists on opening unexplored mountains

Kathmandu, Nov 1: President Ramchandra Paudel has said there are numerous mountains in Nepal that have to be officially opened for exploration.

In his address to a ceremony to mark the 50th Anniversary of the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) today, the President said, “It is imperative that immediate steps be taken to unlock and showcase these hidden treasures and the Nepal Mountaineering Association can serve as a valuable partner in his endeavor.”
