Four people die of COVID-19 in past 12 hours in Banke

BANKE, May 30: The COVID-19 death rate in Banke has significantly dropped in the past 12 hours. The district-based health facilities have reported four deaths overnight and they all are from outside the district. Prior to this, this figure was 15-17.

The District Covid Crisis Management Center’s resource person Tej Oli said majority of people hospitalised here for COVID-19 and succumbing to the virus are from outside the district. So far, Banke reports 288 COVID-19 deaths within from the district and 279 from outside the district.
