One killed, 38 hurt in bus accident

Palpa, 23 April (2023) - One person was killed and 38 others were injured when a passenger bus met with an accident near Jordhara, Tinau Rural Municipality-5 in Palpa district at 9 am today, police said.

The bus (Registration number – Lu 1 Kha5956) was heading towards Burtibang of Baglung from Butwal when the accident occurred, said Hemendra Sharma, Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Palpa. The identity of the deceased is not ascertained yet.
