Regulatory bodies submit themselves to interest groups, marring service delivery in several sectors

But, after a while, the Nepal Telecommunication Corporation did make it easy for the entry of another player in the market only after forming a new service directorate under this. Such a tussle between regulatory bodies and service providers has been going on for ages, affecting the consumers on a daily basis.
