Election Commission Expects Final Proportional Representation Vote Counts by Wednesday Morning

Kathmandu. The Election Commission has stated that the results for some remaining areas of the proportional representation system from the House of Representatives election held on Falgun 21 will be available by Wednesday morning.

Election Commission Assistant Spokesperson Kul Bahadur GC informed RSS that counting is still pending in some constituencies, including Sankhuwasabha, Dhanusha Constituency No. 1, Gorkha Constituency No. 1 and 2. He added that preparations are underway to announce the results for all proportional representation constituencies by Wednesday morning as counting is currently ongoing in these areas.
