Oli visits Khumaltar for only second time since becoming prime minister

Visit comes a day before Standing Committee meeting and with the Dahal faction suspicious of Oli who is yet to withdraw the ordinance despite agreeing to do so.

In what looks like an effort to defuse the crisis in the Nepal Communist Party, chair KP Sharma Oli and had reached out to fellow chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal visiting him at his Khumaltar residence Saturday morning.
