3rd Int’l Watercolor Festival to kick off on Dec 2

KATHMANDU: The third International Watercolor Festival is taking place at Nepal Art Council in Kathmandu from December 2.
The five-day festival has over 200 participants including 30 foreigners from 39 countries, it was shared. Altogether 340 watercolor artworks would be put on display in the Festival, said NB Gurung, Coordinator of the Festival.
