Patan High Court Dismisses Petition Against NADA Elections, Paving Way for New Committee Oath

Kathmandu. The Patan High Court has dismissed the writ petition filed against the recently concluded election process of the NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal (NADA).

With this court decision, the legal obstacle for the oath-taking ceremony of NADA's newly elected working committee has been removed, clearing the path forward.
