Nembang, who oversaw constitution drafting as Constituent Assembly chair, is heard in a video clip saying there are no provisions for House dissolution. But he hasn’t called Oli’s move unconstitutional.
Subas Nembang is a lawyer. But he has made his career in politics. So he has not been a practising lawyer for years.
