NA Chairperson Timilsina meets Spain's First Deputy Prime Minister Calvo

National Assembly Chairperson Ganesh Prasad Timilsina met first deputy prime minister of Spain, Carmen Calvo, here Wednesday. Discussion was held on how the diplomatic relations between Nepal and Spain could be strengthened.

A Nepali team led by NA Chairperson Timilsina also met Chairperson of regional government of Extremadura, Guillermo Fernandez Vara. The meeting was also attended by Nepali Ambassador to Spain, Dawa Phuti Sherpa, mayors of different municipalities and representatives of Lumbini Garden Foundation. The Nepali delegation reached Spain on Tuesday to attend the Peace Conference to run for three days from Wednesday. It is organized by Lumbini Peace Foundation.
