MoF receives more than 3,500 complaints over irregularities; 80 percent relates to local bodies

KATHMANDU, Nov 3: The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has received a flood of complaints, most of which concern issues related to local bodies, since launching its toll-free hotline and email service about six weeks ago.
