Buddha's teaching foundation of durable peace: Speaker Ghimire

Kathmandu, May 12: Speaker Devraj Ghimire has said adherence to Buddha's teaching creates a solid foundation for sustainable peace in the world which is facing tension at present.

Giving a message of best wishes on the occasion of the 2569th Buddha Jayanti today, Speaker Ghimire wished peace, prosperity and happiness to all Nepali sisters and brothers from Buddhist community who are living in the country and abroad. Nepal is the provenance of Buddhist religion which is spread later across the world, he reminded.
