FRBL Becomes 1st Reinsurance Broker in Nepal to Obtain ISO 9001:2015 Certification

KATHMANDU, Aug 28: Federal Reinsurance Brokers Limited (FRBL) has become the first reinsurance broker in Nepal to be awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification. The company has achieved the same under the category of life and non-life insurance and reinsurance broker services.

The certification was officially handed over by Prakash Poudel, Country Director of United Registrar of Systems (URS), to the chairman of FRBL Mahesh Kumar Agrawal during the ceremonial event held at FRBL's headquarters in Kathmandu on August 27, 2023. FRBL's Board members, key leadership team, employees, and representatives from URS Nepal were present at the event. Prakash Poudel congratulated FRBL for the achievement and emphasized the significance of the ISO 9001:2015 certification, highlighting its role in ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
