US Trade Deficit Reaches Highest Level Since March 2025 in July

Kathmandu. Public government data released on Thursday showed that the US trade deficit reached its highest level since March 2025 in July. The data showed that imports increased due to the rapid expansion of AI technology.

President Donald Trump attempted to reduce the trade deficit by imposing widespread tariffs on friendly and rival countries after returning to the White House last year. Since then, there have been major fluctuations in US trade.
