2 in 5 Australian adults gamble weekly: gov't report

CANBERRA, March 27: Almost 40 percent of Australian adults gamble every week, a government report has found.

The Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS), an agency within the Department of Social Service, on Monday published a survey of 1,765 people on gambling participation and community harm.
