Dalit and non-Dalit couple wed in rare arranged marriage

Manju Ramtel of ward 7 and Sangam Rana Magar of ward 6 of the local unit exchanged traditional vows in a rare arranged inter-caste marriage on Saturday, receiving official commendation at their wedding canopy as the Nepali Panchai Baja filled the air.
